Terms of Service

Last updated: July 1, 2026

1. The service

Clawback analyzes your Amazon seller account data to identify potential reimbursements, fee overcharges, and related recoveries, and prepares claim documentation for you. Clawback is an analysis tool: you file claims yourself, and Amazon alone decides whether to pay them. We never submit cases to Amazon on your behalf.

2. No guarantee of recovery

Findings are estimates built from your account's reports and the cost data you provide. We work hard to make them accurate, but we do not guarantee that any claim will be accepted or paid, or that estimates match what Amazon ultimately reimburses. Subscription fees are for the audit service, not contingent on recoveries.

3. Your responsibilities

You must own or be authorized to manage the Amazon account you connect, keep your login credentials confidential, provide accurate cost data, and comply with Amazon's policies when filing claims. Filing claims you know to be false violates these terms and Amazon's.

4. Billing

Plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe, starting when your 14-day trial ends. You can cancel anytime from Settings; access continues to the end of the paid period, and we don't give partial-period refunds. We may change prices with 30 days' notice — changes apply from your next renewal.

5. Acceptable use

Don't reverse-engineer the service, resell access without an agency (Pro) plan, use the service to build a competing product, or attempt to access other sellers' data. We may suspend accounts that break these rules or that Amazon requires us to disconnect.

6. Intellectual property

We own the service; you own your data. You grant us a limited license to process your account data solely to provide the service to you. Claim packets we generate for you are yours to use.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for actions Amazon takes on your account.

8. Relationship to Amazon

Clawback is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc. Amazon may change its APIs, reports, or reimbursement policies at any time, which can change or limit what the service can find.

9. Changes & contact

We may update these terms with 14 days' notice by email. Questions: support@clawback.app.
